Tonight on the Smithsonian Channel - System Crash: Break and Enter - Security
I caught the last half of the new System Crash show on the Smithsonian Channel last night. This particular show was called "Break and Enter" and is about cyber-security, hacking, and threats to online privacy.
From the show description
Take a disturbing trip to the dark side of the Internet, where cyber crooks pose a constant threat to our finances, privacy, even our national security. Discover how hackers can attack major corporations and bring entire countries to a standstill, and what, if anything, we can do to stop them.
I though the show was pretty well done, if a little sensationalistic. But it seemed to get the point across pretty well and had some good information and tips. In the part that I saw it described some attack methodologies that can be used both online and physically. I think it is worth watching.
The show airs again tonight at 9:00 CST and 12:00 CST. I am going to record it so I can try to show it to the people I work with.

Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy a lot of the programming on Discovery (Mythbusters and such), but Smithsonian seems to be more about real, hard science.
Frontline has a lot of video online as well:
